Meals are continental style, prepared by our talented chefs and served by our competent staff in the rustic yet comfortable main area that’s a combined bar, lounge and dining room.
We’re fortunate to be in an extremely fertile area with a year round growing season. The result is a constant availability of farm fresh produce and meat, luscious tropical fruits and locally grown coffee. We source as much as we can locally, even the rice is grown within fifty miles of us! We freshly bake bread and rolls daily.
Breakfast consists of:
• Tanzanian grown tea and coffee
• Juice
• Fresh fruits
• Eggs to order served with bacon and sausage
• White or brown toast
• Selection of cereals
• Pancakes
• Yogurt
• Oats porridge
If you don’t go out for the day with a lunch box you’ll be served a light lunch such as:
• Spaghetti
• Quiche
• Curry
• Salads
• Pizza
• Followed by fruit salad

Dinners are a four course event of soup, starter, main course (accompanied by salad) featuring locally produced chicken, pork, lamb or beef, fresh vegetables and accompanied by rice or potatoes followed by desert, tea and coffee
